Auto top-up is optional and adds 1,000 credits when your balance runs low. Every plan is strictly prepaid: on all plans, AI features pause at zero balance until you top up or your allowance resets. You are never billed after the fact. Your matters and documents are never locked or deleted.

How credits work
A credit is the unit Zealia uses to meter AI work. Different actions cost different amounts — a research question, a document analysis, a minute of transcription — and the cost is shown before you run the action. Unused monthly allowance rolls over for one further month.
Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the current billing period. More detail is in the FAQ.

Monthly plans are Solo $65 (1 seat, 1,500 credits), Chambers $295 (up to 25 seats, 8,000 credits) and Enterprise $795 (unlimited seats, 25,000 credits). Every plan includes every feature. - Do some plans leave out features?
- No. Every plan includes litigation tools (matters, case analysis, deep review, trial preparation, live hearing, evidence timelines) and in-house tools (Playbook Studio and Contract Review), plus research, drafting and the vault. Plans differ only in credits, seats and support.
- Does Zealia work in my jurisdiction?
- Yes. Zealia is built for lawyers worldwide. - Is there a free trial?
- Every new workspace receives 50 complimentary credits, valid for 30 days, with no card required. You can extend the trial twice, by 30 days each time, from Billing.
- What does a credit buy?
- A research question costs 2 credits, an answer drawn from your own documents 3, a draft 6, and a case analysis 8. A whole-matter deep review starts at 150 credits. Authority and live-source checks are included in those prices. Transcription is charged on the speech actually recorded.
- Which currency am I billed in?
- All prices are in US dollars and billed in USD, wherever your firm is based. Your card provider applies its own exchange rate if your account is in another currency.
- Are credit packs discounted?
- Yes. The 2,500-credit pack is 10% off and the 10,000-credit pack is 20% off, and you can turn on auto top-up so a workspace never stops mid-matter.
- What happens when credits run out?
- AI actions pause until you top up. Your matters, documents and saved work are never locked or deleted.
