Security

Privileged material, treated as such.

Matter documents, transcripts and drafts are your clients' confidential material. Zealia is built so only your firm can reach them, and so you can see who did.

Access, retention and deletion

Access to a matter is limited to the members of your workspace who have been given it. Sign-in activity is recorded so unusual access can be reviewed, and you can revoke a member's access at any time from the admin area.

You can delete documents, analyses and drafts, and you can delete the account entirely. Records we are required to keep for accounting and tax purposes are described in the Privacy Notice, together with retention periods and your rights over your data.

Professional responsibility stays with you

Zealia is a tool for licensed practitioners. AI output — research answers, analyses, drafts, hearing notes — must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before it is relied on or filed. The Terms of Use set out the boundaries, and the FAQ answers the questions firms ask most often before signing up.
